Completed the Monash University ‘Low FODMAP Diet for IBS‘ online training course for health professionals

Welcome to Thrive with IBS, a space where understanding, compassion, and practical solutions for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) converge. I’m Archana, the voice, author, and creator behind this blog, dedicated to helping you navigate the challenges of IBS with ease and confidence.

My journey with IBS began over a decade ago, a personal struggle that soon transformed into a dedicated passion. As a software engineer, I found solace in blogging about my experiences with IBS, sharing insights and tips that eventually resonated with many others facing similar challenges. This hobby gradually evolved, filling my evenings and weekends, leading me down an unexpected yet fulfilling path.

The significant improvements in my own IBS symptoms were a turning point. I witnessed firsthand the power of proper nutrition and dietary management. As a result I was inspired to delve deeper. I have completed Monash University’s FODMAP training for dietitians certification. This blend of personal experience and educational expertise shapes my unique perspective on managing IBS.
